Customer cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled dive receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the dive or no‑shows are non‑refundable.

Company cancellations

  • If Scuba Cana cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, customers may reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • Instructors reserve the right to cancel or stop a dive if safety requirements are not met.

Refund process

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking.

  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

  • No additional fees will be charged for refunds.

Non‑refundable cases

  • Personalized or private diving experiences tailored to individual requests.

  • Packages that include third‑party services (transportation, meals, lodging) once confirmed.

  • Any dive interrupted or canceled due to failure to meet certification or health requirements.

Gift bookings

  • If a dive was purchased as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Gift credits may be offered instead of refunds, at Scuba Cana’s discretion.
