Customer cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled dive receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the dive or no‑shows are non‑refundable.
Company cancellations
If Scuba Cana cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, customers may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Instructors reserve the right to cancel or stop a dive if safety requirements are not met.
Refund process
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking.
Processing time is typically 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
No additional fees will be charged for refunds.
Non‑refundable cases
Personalized or private diving experiences tailored to individual requests.
Packages that include third‑party services (transportation, meals, lodging) once confirmed.
Any dive interrupted or canceled due to failure to meet certification or health requirements.
Gift bookings
If a dive was purchased as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Gift credits may be offered instead of refunds, at Scuba Cana’s discretion.
