Beginner Cave Dives


The St. George is a cargo ship built in 1962 in Scotland and intentionally sunk in June 1999 off Dominicus Beach, just 800 meters from the shore. Measuring 73 meters in length and with depths ranging from 31 to 44 meters, this site is ideal for advanced divers looking to explore a complete shipwreck.
Today, the St. George is covered in sponges, corals, and vibrant marine life. Barracudas, green moray eels, schools of tropical fish, and occasionally rays or sea turtles are common sights. Its passageways and decks offer an exciting dive, making it a favorite in Bayahibe.
