Eligibility
Divers must meet the minimum certification requirements for each activity (e.g., Open Water, Advanced, or Cave Diving certification).
Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that may affect diving.
Bookings and payments
Full payment or 30% Deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Prices are listed per person and may vary depending on the chosen activity.
Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards and other secure online options.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled dive receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non‑refundable.
If Scuba Cana cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Liability and safety
All dives are conducted under international safety standards and guided by certified instructors.
Scuba Cana is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
Divers must sign a liability waiver before participating.
